To travel from Naples Capodichino Airport to Napoli Centrale - Train Station or to the city center, you can take a taxi or the Alibus shuttle service.
ALIBUS: Naples International Airport → Central Train Station → Port (Molo Beverello)

TAXI: rember to ask fixed-rate fares, the cost from Naples airport to waterfront hotels is € 19.00.
Alternatively, you can fly into Rome Fiumicino Airport (Leonardo da Vinci), which offers frequent international connections. From there, you can travel to Naples by train. Rome Fiumicino Airport, Naples is approximately 200 km away, and a taxi ride would be very expensive.
By Train
The main railway station in Naples is Napoli Centrale – Piazza Garibaldi, which is well connected to other major Italian cities via high-speed trains. For schedules and ticket information, visit Trenitalia or Italo. Once at Napoli Centrale, you can reach your final destination via:

How to Reach the Congress Center
The Congress Center, where the conference will take place, is located on Via Partenope (Partenope Street), one of Naples’ most picturesque streets. Situated along the seafront, it offers stunning views and is directly opposite the historic Castel dell’Ovo. Below are the various transportation options to reach the Congress Center from different parts of the city.
By Public Transit
Naples has a comprehensive network of buses and metro lines, with several stops conveniently located near the Congress Center. If you plan to travel by metro, three lines can bring you close to the Congress Center:
- Line 1 (Metro 1): The nearest stop is Municipio, approximately a 23-minute walk from the Congress Center.
- Line 2 (Trenitalia Linea 2): The nearest stop is Piazza Amedeo, about a 25-minute walk away.
- Line 6 (Metro 6, operational only until 3 p.m.): The nearest stops are San Pasquale (17 minutes on foot) and Chiaia-Monte Di Dio (14 minutes on foot).
- If you prefer to travel by bus, several bus lines stop at Piazza Vittoria, which is just a 7-minute walk from the Congress Center. Bus lines serving this stop include: 151, 128, 140, R7, and N1.
Tickets for public transit
Tickets for all public transportation lines can be purchased online via the UnicoCampania app (available on the Google Play Store and on the Apple App Store). The app supports multiple payment methods, including credit cards.
The most convenient ticket option is the “UNICOCAMPANIA Titoli Integrati Campania”. To purchase, select “Fixed Rate Tickets” and then “Urbano Napoli”. In particular, the following ticket options are available:
- Standard Ticket (URB. NAPOLI - ORARIO INTEGRATO): Costs €1.80 and is valid for 90 minutes across buses and metro lines.
- Daily Ticket (URB. NAPOLI GIORNALIERO INTEGRATO): Costs €5.40 and provides unlimited travel for the day.
Important Notes:
- Tickets must be validated through the app after purchase to activate their start time.
- Tickets are not sold at bus stops or on board (except for the Alibus service).
- Metro tickets can be purchased at vending machines in metro stations.
- Metro services close between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m. Night buses from Piazza Vittoria operate on a different schedule.
