Please read the following guidelines carefully regarding the submission of your Extended Abstract or Full Paper.
Submission Policy
While an initial abstract was required for the selection process, the submission of an Extended Abstract or Full Paper is not mandatory for presenting your work at the conference. All accepted contributions, whether oral or poster, can be presented regardless of whether an extended version is submitted.
However, please note: Only works submitted as an Extended Abstract or Full Paper by the deadline will receive a DOI and be officially published online in the QIRT Open Archive. To ensure your research is indexed and accessible to the global thermography community after the event, submission is highly encouraged.
Licensing & Copyright
When submitting your paper, you must specify a license. We offer two Creative Commons options. For a detailed explanation, please visit the Creative Commons website or use their online tool to help you decide.
Available Licenses:
- Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY): Allows others to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon your work, even commercially, as long as they credit you for the original creation.
- Attribution-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-ND): Allows for redistribution, commercial and non-commercial, as long as the work is passed along unchanged and in whole, with credit to you.
How to apply the license:
- For MS Word users: Please download the specific template file corresponding to your chosen license (see links above).
