We are delighted to welcome you as an exhibitor to the 18th edition of the Quantitative Infrared Thermography Conference, QIRT 2026, in Naples, Italy. We trust this event will provide an excellent opportunity for you to connect with potential clients, forge new relationships, and effectively showcase your products and services to a targeted audience. The following information is crucial for your preparations as an exhibitor at QIRT 2026.
Conference Venue and Dates: The QIRT 2026 Conference will be held at the University of Naples Federico II Conference Centre, located on the Naples waterfront. This first-class venue offers superb views of the Naples gulf and excellent flexibility, ensuring the entire conference program, including the exhibitor area, is comfortably accommodated across one floor and its mezzanine level. The conference officially runs from 8:30 PM on Tuesday, June 30th, to 2:00 PM on Friday, July 3rd, 2026.

Exhibitor Space and Logistics: Five exhibitor tables are available, and reservations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. The Exhibitor room is strategically located near the main meeting areas and coffee break space (on the same floor), maximizing attendee traffic. For security, this room will be securely locked after exhibition hours.
Setup: Exhibitors are expected to set up their booths on Monday, June 29th, from 12:00 PM (noon). Dismantle: Exhibits must be dismantled on Friday, July 3rd, between 12:00 PM (noon) and 4:00 PM.
Exhibitor Fee: 1650.00 + VAT (22%) This fee includes full conference registration for one representative per table. Please note that for any additional representatives the cost is 650,00 +VAT (22%).

Please be aware that shipping services for exhibit materials are not included in the exhibitor fee.
