The Conference Book of Abstracts, Welcome Reception, Conference Dinner, lunches, and coffee breaks. Please note that accommodation is not included.

Cancellation Policy:
Requests to cancel registration must be sent in writing (email is accepted) to the QIRT 2026 Secretariat by May 30, 2026. A cancellation fee of 70 EUR applies to all cancellations, regardless of the reason. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after May 30, 2026.
Privacy Policy:
The personal data provided in this form will be used exclusively for processing your symposium registration and printing the conference directory. Your details will not be shared or used for any other purpose.
Payment Options:
- Pay Online with Credit Card via PayPal.
- Pay via Bank Transfer. If you choose this option, the bank coordinates and instructions will be displayed so you can proceed with the transfer through your bank.
Please Note: Due to the high commission fees associated with credit card payments via PayPal, we recommend paying by bank transfer. This method is particularly encouraged for European participants, as payment via IBAN is very straightforward
Proforma Receipt:
If a Proforma Receipt is required before payment, please email your request to qirt2026.unina.it including your registration number. We will then provide you with a document that can be used to process your bank transfer.
Final Receipt:
The final receipt for your registration will be issued only upon our confirmation of successful payment. Please note that, pursuant to Art. 4 of Italian Presidential Decree 633/1972, a formal VAT invoice cannot be issued. A standard receipt is provided instead, as the organizing body is an unincorporated entity without a VAT number that does not primarily engage in commercial activities.
